I had a thought that it would be cool if your farm offered a series of classes. It a win/win as it's extra money for the farmer, and new knowledge for us newbies. Farming/gardening in the tropics is a whole new experience for many of us. Thanks for all that you do by the way - a worthy venture and sustainable lifestyle.
